Merchandise Return Policy
My Team Rug will accept returns with a 25%
restocking fee. Items must be returned un-opened and
un-damaged. The cost of freight will be covered by the
customer and not by the seller.
If a My Team Rug makes a mistake and sends the wrong
product or item, all cost will be covered by the seller.
